I know the feeling Brian. I grew up in a military town in Washington State, went to WSU, and can sympathize fully. I had a 73 CB350F for a couple months, and even knowing how to work on it managed to literally blow it up. Went out and got a Pontiac and the same thing happened. No job=no ride=no job. I say do what I did, ditch school and get a CDL, over the road drivers make a ton of money, and after a couple years you can always go back. Good luck.
